I’m a retired Army officer turned podcaster, author, coach and advocate.
Strength is something you can rebuild at any stage. My journey took me from military service to learning how to adapt, grow, and take ownership of my health, mindset, and purpose after the uniform came off. Today, I help veterans reclaim their strength, confidence, and direction through training, education, and honest conversations about what it really takes to live well after service.
Ultimately, this project is meant to educate and create a world where thriving is the status quo.
Why I Teach and Advocate For Veterans
The scope of veteran health issues is vast. I can’t sit idly by waiting for solutions to happen. GWOT veterans experienced 20 years of combat that created a lot of battle damage to our minds, bodies and souls.
We’re not broken, we’re under-recovered.
